I started by always having a love for music and a desire to make my friend’s and family’s events more fun which led to being in the DJ industry for the past 24 years. Do you have another job? I am a Full Time DJ and as the owner of Avalon Entertainment I must wear many hats. What is your entertainment approach to the evening? I always remember that my customer’s wishes for a successful event always come first and that I am the facilitator of that event. Why is a BADJA membership important to you as a DJ? BADJA has been an association where I have made many lasting friendships as well as business relationships and I can keep up with the changing trends in our industry. What personal hobbies, interests, or talents can you share that is not listed on your web site? My personal interests are studying the deep aspects of different music genres and where current music trends are going. What equipment do you use for your events? All my equipment is Pro-Sound products that are durable as well as efficient and that sound great in many different applications. Products such as Electro Voice Speakers, Shure Microphones, Denon Mixers and CD Players and Whirlwind Cabling. Do you have other comments you need to let DJ or clients know about your DJ Company? Avalon Entertainment has seven DJ/MC’s on staff that are talent diverse as well as multi-culturally seasoned and Bi-Lingual. Along with a wide range of technical backgrounds that can be brought to bear on a large selection of event requirements.
